I have just finished a new section for those who are living with cancer. Although, the new section ~ Health Charts can be used by anyone who finds themselves who need to keep track of numerous doctor appointments, medications, and physical and emotional sides of health situations.

Living with Cancer ~ A section I have come to really put a lot of energy into as I, myself am fighting colon cancer for the second time.  This section has free printable stationery in categories of: Encouragement ~  Beautiful scenes using photos I've taken , each with a different Encouraging Quote on each stationery ~~Moon Goddess stationery with an encouraging quote by Chief Dan George. General, breast, prostate, ovarian cervical, uterine, child, brain, kidney, colon, liver, pancreatic, leukemia, stomach and lymphoma cancers represented. ~~Stationery with a fighting wizard and a quote by Lance Armstrong about hope on each. Includes for general cancer, child cancer, leukemia, and prostate cancer~~I'm alive stationery each with a different life quote. Ribbons and colors represented are; bright yellow, dark blue, gold, green, light purple, orange, periwinkle, pink, purple, gray, lime green and teal. ~~Childhood Cancer Stationery Page contain stationery for children living with cancer and have images of fairies, and wizards and says "Fighting Cancer and Staying Strong". There is also a Cancer Research Wizard in gold, as well as this angel stationery that says "Where there is hope, there's a cure"; for those who want to send out these messages with there correspondence~~And......Grab an I'm Alive animated gif. They come in the colors of cancer support ribbons. You can also grab a Fighting Cancer gif.

Cancer Health Diary Page ~ With this page, you can chart any changes in your physical and emotional health.

List of Medications ~ This page is where you can keep a list of the medications you are taking, as well as what the medication is for, dosage, doctor who prescribed it, directions for taking the medications and side effects to watch for, and side effects that your experience.

Health Team Appointment Page ~

Use this page to take with you on your appointments. There are places for you to write down questions you would like to ask, as well as notes you want to jot down, and other things pertaining to your appointment.

As I mentioned before; this is an especially important section for me and I hope to be of help to as many people as I can. If you have in mind something that I have not done, please let me know and I will do what I can.
